Return Policy
Return Period: Within 7 days of receiving the product, users can request a return if the product has quality issues, is damaged, or was shipped incorrectly. Products without quality issues that are not resaleable (unopened and with all accessories) can also be returned. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
Return Requirements: Returned products must be in their original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact, and show no signs of use or damage. Food products must be unopened and within their shelf life, and personal items must be unused and meet hygiene standards.
Return Process: Users can submit a return request to customer service at service@telosock.com, specifying the order number, product name, reason for return, and relevant documentation (such as photos). Customer service will provide a return address upon approval. After returning the product, users must provide customer service with the tracking number. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment account. Special Note: Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to personal reasons, affecting resale, or if the return period has expired. Telosock will cover shipping costs for returns due to product quality issues, wrong shipment, or other reasons on our part. Returns due to personal reasons on the part of the user will be the user's sole responsibility.
